A space to be honest about what you carry.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy in Toronto. I work with people who want more than coping strategies — who want to understand themselves more deeply, and to feel that understanding change something.
People come to me for different reasons. Some are dealing with depression or anxiety. Some feel like they're moving through life without really being present in it. Some find themselves making choices they don't understand, or repeating patterns they can't seem to change. Some are struggling with questions of identity — who they are, where they belong, what parts of themselves they've had to set aside. What these experiences have in common is that they're asking for attention, not just management.
